A ski-in/

With the ability to sleep up to 20 people, A is derived by reformulating the traditional ideas, planning, and ownership structure of a ski-in cabin. Family groups co-own these repeatable structures, which are inspired by the efficient structural strategy of the tried-and-true A-frame, where the walls double as roofs and the lateral forces lean against one another. Bedrooms are reimagined as efficient, personal cocoons, with walls utilized for storage and surfaces clad in wool panels. On a bluebird powder day, A ski-in is patiently waiting to host excited families and friends, the architecture enhancing the entire process, experience, and memory of a ski trip.
